The monthly land maintenance fee covers shared infrastructure within the project: common area maintenance, road upkeep, security services, drainage and utilities coordination, and overall environmental maintenance. It does not include your personal electricity, water, internet, or property tax โ those are billed separately and remain your responsibility.
